We are group of like-minded 3D artists, primarily in Daz3d and iray, who are looking to improve our skills through feedback, tips, tricks, tutoring, and mentoring. We all want to be better at our craft, but sometimes it's hard to know how to do that - or someone might know an easy way to fix a problem.
This group is open for any users who want to join, but be aware of the following expectations:
1) Member submissions will be primarily for feedback and tips.
2) Submissions will receive feedback, both positive and critical. Please submit and read feedback with an open mind.
3) Feedback will be constructive, especially if it is critical. No one is helped by "this sucks." Help the artist understand what they could do better. If you can't explain that, at least explain what you don't like.
4) If you submit to the group, please try to provide feedback to other pieces. This will only work if we all give each other the feedback.
5) Be polite. I've already inferred this, but please be polite. This is someone else's work, heart, and soul. You don't have to like it, but you won't be any better of an artist for making them feel smaller.
I'm sure there are other things - please invite anyone to the group that you think would be interested or benefit from it. If anyone is being too toxic, we'll discuss and then ultimately remove them if needed.
